The Great Escape Zwolle: trilingual site with booking flow
One venue, many different adventures
The Great Escape is located at Burgemeester Drijbersingel 19 in Zwolle (8021 DA). Alongside indoor escape rooms they offer outdoor games through Zwolle's city centre, packages and their own Escape Café.
The audience is broad: friends, families and stag parties, but equally companies coming for team building, with groups of up to 200 people.
Two audiences, one clear site
One site had to serve two very different audiences: consumers looking for a fun outing and companies arranging a team-building day for a large group. On top of that comes a broad offer, indoor rooms, outdoor games, packages and hospitality. That had to stay easy to navigate.
The site also had to work in three languages and lead visitors straight to a booking, instead of to a contact form where the conversation only starts.

Indoor, outdoor or package: visitors first choose their type of adventure. Alongside that, separate entry points for consumers and companies, so both audiences immediately see the right route.

Rooms, outdoor games and packages come together in the same flow with availability, so a visitor never has to switch systems to book.

Dutch, English and German with a consistent structure and correct hreflang, so each language version is fully discoverable in its own right.
